Antique cardboard suitcase for a child circa 1940 - 50.
A label on the inside "Bagages des trois Gares, articles de voyages, 3 rue de chateaudun à Paris"
Interior paper in brown tones with representation of planes, steam trains and liners.
The fact that the suitcase is made of cardboard does not mean that it is not solid, many suitcases at the time were made of cardboard, light and malleable.
Handle, locks and reinforcements on the corners made of metal.
Ideal for storing lots of things, books or magazines, drawings and watercolours, children's treasures, toys like playmobil or lego...
Another case with the same inner paper but slightly larger, available as Part No. 5775.
Installed on the side: 39.5Lg x 27L x 13.5ht x 32.5L with handle.
Some minor wear, especially to the paper inside, but very good condition overall.
